Orientation Programme for B. Tech first-year students at JITS:
Jyothismathi Institute of Technology and Science (JITS) conducted the orientation programme for the first-year B. Tech students admitted for the year academic year 2022-2023 on November 4, 2022.
Speaking on the occasion, JITS Chairman Sri. J. Sagar Rao motivated students on how to attain great heights in their careers even in adverse situations through hard work, dedication and determination.
Stating that he would take up the responsibility of moulding the students for the future, he also called upon the parents to take the responsibility of watching their wards and their education.
He said that the college provides all the facilities to shape students into good professionals.
College Principal Dr. K. Srinivasa Rao called upon the students to set a goal to achieve top placements by studying hard without wasting time. Explaining the history of JITS which is celebrating its silver jubilee year, he said that the JITS was the only engineering college in Telangana state barring Hyderabad to secure NAAC ‘A’ Grade, NBA accreditation and very soon securing autonomous status also.
