The JITS has been organising lecture series as part of its Silver Jubilee celebrations by inviting eminent personalities in various engineering streams to empower the students.
In this connection, Dr. Srikanth N V, Professor in Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal delivered a lecture on “Intelligent Facts Controllers Applications in Power Systems” on October 22nd , 2022.
Highlighting the importance of energy conservation, he said that the energy conserved is the energy generated. He also added that the country is losing several natural resources which are necessary for the generation of power.
