A Celebration of grandeur at the Annual day event of JITS (Autonomous) in karimnagar
Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Science (Autonomous) celebrated its Annual day celebrations called “UTSAV 2024” on its sprawling campus with much pomp and gaiety on 30/03/2024 (Saturday).
The dignitaries present were former director of DMRL, Defence Research and Development Organization Dr.G.Madhusudhan Reddy and Prof.R.B.V.Subramaanyam, Professor, Department of CSE & Chief Investigator, Electronics & ICT Academy, NIT Warangal. JITS Chairman Sri.
J.Sagar Rao, Secretary & Correspondent J.Sumith Sai, Principal Dr.K.S.Rao, Dean (Academics) Dr.K.Vaishali, Dean(Student Affairs) Dr.P.Sampath Rao and others were also present.
They also presented the cash prizes and mementoes to the students who excelled in academics, project expo, paper presentation and sports activities.
The cultural programme based on Navras and the celebration of completion of 25 glorious years of academic excellence, comprising welcome dance, western and classical which filled the environment with rhythm, hues and vibrancy. The principal Dr.K.S.Rao shared the institution’s achievements through the annual report of the past session. He also educated the students about signing of MoU with Louisiana Tech University, USA to help the students persue higher education in USA and faculty exchange programmes etc,.
