He also helps IT Executives strategically enable “DevOps” teams to foster continuous automation of technology & business operations. Under his leadership, BizCloud Experts was recently featured as one of “The 10 Most Recommended AWS Solution Providers in 2020” by The Enterprise World Magazine. Previously, Nagesh managed the Global Enterprise Solutions Practice for Avaya as a Senior Managing Director. In this role, he coached a global team of highly respected and talented and leveraged pool of Enterprise Architects, Field ASA’s, and Design Engineers and drove cloud enablement automation strategies for Avaya Products and Solutions. Prior to Avaya, Nagesh served as Vice President of Xerox Cloud Services. At Xerox, he was responsible for global engineering, service delivery, applications development, and operations of Xerox Cloud services. Under his leadership, Cloud Services team has deployed and operated 12 global cloud nodes across the Americas, Europe and Asia, 7 private cloud nodes, managed 9000+ cloud based workloads, introduced 15+ new services, and driven 50+ applications solutions to cloud for large enterprise clients. His focus on operational excellence coupled with automation and adopting innovative solutions lead to creation of the first converged DevOps team and deployment of a self-service portal at Xerox. This effort has changed FTE ratios for operating global cloud infrastructure to 600:1 from 80:1. Nagesh joined Xerox Business Services in 2008 as a VP, Technology Innovation, and CTO. As the CTO, he lead Xerox clients in identifying and analyzing industry-changing technology trends, business processes and has driven strategy and transformation within our clients and IT Outsourcing organization.
Before joining Xerox, Nagesh worked as Client Technology Executive (CTE) working for the Strategic Sales Centre at EDS, where he led solution and transformation strategy on major sales pursuits. Nagesh was awarded the SSC “Top Performer” award for the year 2007 for supporting sales of $750+ Million USD. Prior to working in strategic sales, he successfully performed the role of Chief Technology Officer and led solution development / operation teams in areas ranging from critical real-time systems to strategic e-commerce systems working for fortune 500 companies: EDS, Sabre Inc., and American Airlines.
Over his career, Nagesh has helped introduce and operationalize disruptive technologies like RF Scanners into Cargo Operations, Kiosks into Airline Operations, Web Services to power e-commerce sites, Converged Infrastructure into Data Centers, and Cloud Services to transform legacy IT applications and infrastructure.
Nagesh is an MBA graduate of the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, He is also a graduate of MS in Industrial Engineering from University of Central Florida, Orlando, FL. He currently lives in Flower Mound, Texas with his wife Bhramara and Two Kids, Uthej (22) and Lalita(20)
