On August 05, 2024, the “𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐚 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧” was grandly held at Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Science (Autonomous), Karimnagar. During the event, Mr.P.Manideep, District Innovation Coordinator, Karimnagar, urged the youth to make good use of the government’s support for new innovations in rural areas. Speaking at the “Intinta Innovator-2024” program, they emphasized that new innovations greatly contribute to societal and personal development, and by utilizing them, the youth can progress further.
Sri.J.Sagar Rao Garu, Chairman JGI and Sri.J.Sumith Sai, Secretary JGI encouraged the students to participate in Intinta Innovator-2024 program.The application process for “Intinta Innovator-2024” was also explained. It is very simple; you need to send your personal details such as name, village, age, occupation and college name along with a 2-minute video of your innovation and a 100-word description, the application process closes on August 10 2024, so apply quickly. The entire program was very inspiring and informative.
The selected innovations would be displayed during the Independence Day celebrations and the government will distribute certificate. Besides, the government would provide patent for innovation through Telangana State Innovation Cell (TSIC) and if it is scalable, the government would fund the project through TSIC.
The session saw the participation of approximately 300 III B.Tech students, Dr.K.S Rao, Principal, Dr.P.K.Vaishali, Dean (Academics and Audit), HODs, Institute Innovation Cell (IIC) President Dr.M. Manikandan, IIC Cordinator Dr.R.Jegadeesan and faculty members participated in the session, encouraging students and promoting awareness of innovations. The session inspired the students to develop their ideas and creativity.
