JITS conducts an awareness programme on “The Key to an Entrepreneur’s Continuous Growth”
The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Science (JITS), Karimnagar, organised an awareness session on “The Key to an Entrepreneur’s Continuous Growth” on the campus on 3rd September 2025.
The resource person, Mr. Manchikantla Anil Kumar, Managing Director & CEO of the Centre for Training and Employment (CTE), Hyderabad, and an alumnus of IIT Roorkee, highlighted the essential qualities and mindset required for sustaining entrepreneurial growth in a competitive environment.
He emphasised the importance of innovation, adaptability, financial planning, and continuous skill development as cornerstones for entrepreneurial success. Drawing from his rich industry and entrepreneurial experience, he inspired students to think creatively, identify opportunities, and overcome challenges with determination.
The session witnessed active participation from students, who interacted with the speaker and gained valuable insights into practical aspects of entrepreneurship and employability.
On this occasion, JITS Chairman Sri Juvvadi Sagar Rao garu, Secretary J.Sumith Sai, Principal Dr.T.Anil Kumar, Dean Dr.P.K.Vaishali, HoDs, and faculty members appreciated the initiative of the EDC Cell in organizing such knowledge-sharing sessions and encouraged students to leverage these opportunities for their personal and professional growth.
The Resource person is the recipient of the Technology for Social Good Award (2024) and Ambedkar Seva Puraskar (2020), Mr. Manchikatla continues to inspire youth with his vision: “Technology must empower, not intimidate.”
