Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Science (Autonomous), Karimnagar, is conducting a 5-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Agentic AI, Cyber Security & Quantum Computing” from June 30 – July 4, 2026.
The programme is organized by the Training & Placement Cell in association with IBM SkillsBuild, TASK (Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge), and the Government of Telangana.
The FDP is designed to empower faculty members with expertise in emerging technologies, including Agentic AI, Cyber Security, Quantum Computing, AI-driven Automation, and hands-on practical applications.
The sessions are led by Mr. Narendra Eluri, Master Trainer, IBM SkillsBuild, who is delivering industry-focused insights through interactive learning and practical demonstrations.
Chairman Sri J. Sagar Rao highlighted the institution’s commitment to continuous professional development and industry-oriented education.
Secretary & Correspondent Sri J. Sumith Sai emphasized the importance of faculty upskilling in achieving academic excellence and innovation.
Principal Dr. T. Anil Kumar stated that the FDP strengthens faculty competencies while promoting research, innovation, and industry collaboration.
Dean – Academics & Audit Dr. P. K. Vaishali noted that the programme will help faculty integrate emerging technologies into teaching and inspire research-driven learning among students.
The institute also welcomed Mr. A. Gangaprasad, District Delivery Manager (DDM), TASK, Karimnagar, who appreciated the initiative to enhance faculty capabilities.
