NIT Warangal Professor says that the students are in ‘safehands’ at JITS, karimnagar
National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal, Professor, Dept of CSE, RBV Subrahmanyam, said that the students are in ‘safe hands’ at Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Science (JITS), Karimnagar, as the management always strives for the discipline among the students and transforming them into the best future citizens of the country.
Speaking after inaugurating the annual Innofest-2025, the intercollegiate technical events, at JITS Karimnagar on 24th February 2025, Mr. Subrahmanyam said the JITS during its 27 years of journey had propagated the discipline among students during the vibrant age while studying four years undergraduate courses. ‘It is the crucial age for the students while pursuing their UG courses and there is every chance of deviation from their career goals due to
indiscipline. But at JITS, the students channelised properly with discipline to achieve their goals in life and bring reputation to their parents and excel in life”, he pointed out.
“I had seen the steady progress of the JITS during the last 27 years and the management never compromised on discipline and it guided the students to excel in their choice by providing proper education and counselling”, he pointed out and expressed his happiness that the JITS always strives for the wellness and grooming the students to bring reputation to their parents.
He also advised the students to come out with creativity and new projects so that the management would support their projects and help them get exposure at the state, national and international levels. He informed the students to think creatively to solve several problems prevailing in society by using their intelligence and technology.
Later, he inaugurated a Project Expo wherein students of various engineering departments showcased their technical skills through their innovative projects. He interacted with every student and praised the students’ enthusiasm and hard work.
Several projects on a smart home automation system, a solar power-driven vehicle, an automatic self-driving car, IOT Based smart garbage monitoring system, a Smart agriculture monitoring system, a power grid monitoring system, a Human following robot, a Cardio guard, solar-powered automated irrigation system, generating electricity at speed-breaker, and projects were displayed in the expo.
The NIT Warangal professor interacted with every student and gave suggestions for upgrading their projects and participating in national and international conferences. He also gave tips to the budding innovators to think to solve the issues prevailing in the society by using the technology. JITS chairman Sri.J.Sagar Rao, Secretary J.Sumith Sai, Principal Dr.T.Anil Kumar and others were also present.
