JITS conducts a workshop on Career Guidance and Overseas Education
In a series of insightful interactions, the Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Science (JITS) Autonomous, Karimnagar, conducted a workshop on ‘Career Guidance and Overseas Education’ for B.Tech second and third-year students on 05/02/2025.
Mr. Meneni Rohith Rao, CEO and Founder, Career Consultz, Hyderabad, was the resource person. The primary objective of the workshop was to provide clarity and guidance to the students in setting the right expectations for their respective careers.
On this occasion, Mr. Rohith Rao touched upon crucial issues by giving valuable and insightful information pertaining to career opportunities, emphasizing the importance of IQ, EQ, personality traits and psychometric assessments in making informed career decisions. He said that many students are unaware of the diverse career paths available and stressed the significance of structured career planning.
He enlightened the students that a significant number of them are eligible for free education in countries like Italy and Germany and encouraged them to explore those global educational opportunities. He also educated the students on key puts of IT, core engineering and specialization based job opportunities.
He also empowered the students on scope and demand of different career paths in both domestic and international job markets. The students got clarifications on several issues pertaining to career opportunities and higher education in overseas through an interactive session.
