JITS Organized Awareness Session on Industry Trends in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
An awareness session on “Industry Trends in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning” was organized by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering and CSE (AI & ML) at Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Science (Autonomous), Karimnagar on 25th October 2025.
The session featured industry experts from Infosys, Hyderabad — Mr. Janardhana Vedham (Senior Technology Architect) and Mr. Neet Gupta (AI Business Solution Lead) — as the resource persons.
During the session, the speakers provided valuable insights into the latest industry trends, technological innovations, and career opportunities in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. They highlighted the growing importance of advanced technologies such as Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Predictive Analytics, emphasizing their real-world applications.
They encouraged students to cultivate practical learning, analytical thinking, and a commitment to continuous skill development. Drawing on real-time examples from Infosys projects, the speakers illustrated how AI and ML are being effectively utilized in business solutions.

The event was successfully coordinated by Dr. Ravinder Mogili, Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, along with the dedicated faculty team. Students participated with great enthusiasm and actively interacted with the guest speakers throughout the session.
