The department of EEE, Jyothismathi Institute of Technology and Science (JITS) has formally organised Two-day workshop on “Electric Vehicle Design and Manufacturing” in association with Evretron Energies Private Limited, Hyderabad.
The workshop was inaugurated by JITS principal Dr. K. Srinivasa Rao. Speaking on the occasion, he said that there would be boom in the electric vehicle industry in the country and called upon the students to excel in the field and turn into entrepreneurs by setting EV firms.
Evretron Energies Chief Resource Person Dipesh Kumar explained about the importance of Electric vehicles in the country to check pollution and save the natural fuel reserves. He empowered the students about the design and technology of EVs, battery, power storage, manufacturing designs etc.
Head of the department, EEE Gaddam Sridhar and others were also present.
